so, i'm a little late to the party...

however, a friend of mine has been taking her daughter to an accupressurist to treat her for food allergies (mainly gluten!) and ya know what? it's working like MAGIC. maybe it would work for you and you could return to the land of chocolate cake? just a thought.

Wow! I'm sorry to hear that you've been dealing with all of that. I love to cook with my little one too (well not so little anymore... my Spud is 15 years old!) and usually make everything from scratch, but your comment about rice caught my eye. Auntie Chun's Fresh Steamed Rice Express is awesome! Gluten and wheat free, microwave for one minute & you have the most perfect individual portion of sticky rice ever (plus no overnight pot soaking needed)! Not for rice pilaf, of course, but it is really yummy. I get it at my local supermarket in (surprise!) the rice aisle. I hope that you are feeling better soon and hopefully this product is available in your area and you find it to your liking. The Moosh is just adorable & I love your pictures! I am also salivating over your new appliances & are dying to try them out when I remodel my kitchen this summer. Take care!

I think your shiny new appliances brought the gluten plague with them. I mean, you were totally fine until they came. I would totally be pointing the finger at Frigidaire and asking them for the antidote.

Does your rash look like raised, puffy streaks? Is it itchy? Does it come and go quickly?

Also, before you diagnose with a gluten intolerance, see a healthcare provider. If you start a gluten free diet first, it may mess up results.
