Feeling the need to set the aging facts correctly:
1. Grandpa is 88
2. Grandma is 85
3. The have been married 62 1/2 years.

I loved Reese’s comment about changing Naples to Nepal – they are quite close in the imagination.

And gosh, if you’re talking travel – you forgot to mention my trip in October to photograph Polar Bears 250 miles inside the Arctic Circle. Now THAT was a TRIP!

So once you get your kids booted out on their own (though there are lots of places to take them as they grow up — Casey didn’t suffer there – fess up girl!), and saved your nickels and dimes over the years, you too can travel farther than the grocery store… It’s one of those rites of passage that doesn’t get full attention except in older circles.

Take a journey… Bring home the joy.
